UK Area Sales Manager - London
CONTEXT
NeoXam is looking for an experienced and result-oriented sales professional to manage and close new logos. The focus will be on growing the business in the UK market, primarily for buy-side clients (Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Asset Servicers), working closely with the EMEA team.
He/she will have overall responsibility for the region’s sales and third-party alliances.
MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES
The Sales Manager UK Market’s primary objectives are to:
Build your territory plan by identifying and qualifying leads in your market, creating a solid sales pipeline
Increase NeoXam’s market presence and brand awareness through industry events, campaigns, and outreach
Respond to tenders and proposals and coordinate with the different stakeholders within NeoXam’s team to define the best strategy and make compelling business proposals aligned with the prospects’ needs
Negotiate and finalize business proposals until successful signature and contract award
Maintain structured pipeline management leveraging NeoXam’s CRM (Salesforce)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
Solid experience in sales, pre-sales, or consultancy in the field of financial software
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Proven track record in account management and business development
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong network
Self-starter, able to work independently while understanding the importance of effective cooperation with team members as well as stakeholders
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Knowledge of French is a plus
Knowledge of the main players in data management within the financial industry is an advantage
Knowledge of Portfolio Management Systems and Data Management Systems is an advantage
Good working knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM)
Good working knowledge of MS Office
