Service Operation Analyst – Noida Based, Services PMO
NeoXam DataHub is the solution from NeoXam, a market leader in Data, Fund and Risk Management dedicated to the finance sector.The role focuses on producing client service reporting to provide clear visibility on delivered services and activities, while supporting SLA monitoring and KPI definition.The candidate will also contribute to the continuous improvement of processes,workflows, and service quality, and act as a local coordination point with the Hosting Security team in India.
YOUR MISSIONS
1. Client Service Reporting (PRIMARY)
• Produce client service reports including:
o activities performed (incidents, changes, requests, upgrades, monitoring
o key events and highlights
• Consolidate data from multiple sources (JSM, Claranet, Monitoring, AWS dashboards.
• Provide a clear and structured view of delivered services
• Ensure reports are generated on time, accurate, consistent, and aligned with expectations
2. SLA Monitoring & KPI Support
• Produce and track contractual SLAs
• Support reporting of performance indicators
• Contribute to identifying relevant KPIs for service monitoring
• Highlight performance risks and anomalies
3. Reporting Standardization and Automation
• Apply and maintain reporting templates (EN / FR)
• Ensure consistency and standardization across clients
• Contribute to industrialization of reporting
• Support automation of reporting (AI)
4. Process Improvement & Onboarding (PMO Support)
• Contribute to improving reporting and operational processes
• Propose best practices to enhance service quality
• Support onboarding of new clients:
o tracking actions
o coordinating inputs
o structuring reporting and documentation
5. Transformation & Security Coordination
• Contribute to NeoXam transformation initiatives:
o ITIL standardization
o JSM transformation
o ARO integration
• Act as a relay with Hosting Security team in India
YOUR PROFILE
Skills
• 5+ years of experience in service delivery management or PMO role
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate with international teams
• Advanced Excel and data handling
• Experience in reporting and dashboards
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (JSM preferred), Jira, Confluence
• Understanding of:
• IT service operations (incident, change, monitoring) - understanding of ITIL principles is a plus
• SLA and KPI concepts
• Ability to:
• consolidate and interpret operational data
• translate activities into clear service reporting
• Ability to identify relevant KPIs
